We want every Herbly bundle to land well. If your order does not meet expectations for any reason, we will make it right.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your bundle for any reason, just reply to your order confirmation email within 30 days of receiving your order. We will make it right with one of three options – your choice:

Replacement – we ship a new bundle, free of charge
Refund – we return your full purchase price to your original payment method
Store credit – we issue a credit for use on a future Herbly order

You do not need to mail anything back.

How to Reach Us

Reply to any email from Herbly – your order confirmation, your shipping notification, or any welcome message. Amanda (the founder) reads every email personally and will handle your request directly.

Processing Time

Refunds and replacements are initiated within 3–5 business days of your reply. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if we shipped the wrong bundle, take a photo and reply to your order confirmation email. We replace damaged or incorrect orders immediately at no cost to you.

Digital Handbook Orders

Digital Handbook orders are delivered as instant PDF downloads. Because digital downloads cannot be physically returned, the same satisfaction guarantee applies: if the handbook does not meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, we will refund or replace it. Reply to your order confirmation.

Seed Germination

Every Herbly seed packet is professionally tested for germination before we pack it. If a specific packet underperforms – meaning fewer seeds sprouted than expected – let us know which variety and lot number (printed on the label). We will send a replacement packet from a different lot.
